Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our sheet metal fabrication service covers everything from laser cutting through to forming, welding and finishing, serving customers across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and the Midlands.

Using our Bystronic laser cutting machine, we can cut stainless steel and alloy sheet up to 12mm thick, with a bed size of 3m x 1.5m, producing accurate, repeatable profiles for panels, brackets and assemblies.

Once cut, components can be formed on our press brake to precise, consistent bends, then welded and finished in-house, giving you a complete sheet metal fabrication service from a single supplier.

We work with stainless steel and aluminium sheet across industries including oil & gas, food production and general engineering, supporting both one-off and batch production runs.
