Over the past few months, we have seen our Machining Shop grow from strength to strength.  With continued investment in new machinery.  We are now running 3 CNC lathes and 3 Hurco Vertical Milling machines.  The latest addition to our CNC Milling machine range is the Hurco VMX42I with 4 axis capabilities.

To compliment our range of CNC lathes we have recently invested in a brand-new state of the art 7 axis twin headed Miyani Citizen BNA with automated bar feeder, the twin machining heads allowing for much greater output than conventional single headed machines.

With our highly skilled staff, we are able to offer our customers: Precision machined components to high tolerances, short lead times and fast turnaround, prototypes, small and large batch sizes and at very competitive prices.

With specialist expertise in stainless steel, we also offer machining in a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Our Fabrication shop can now offer all your sheet metal, fabrication and welding requirements all under one roof.  With our dedicated personnel we have a wide and in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry, high levels of accuracy and quality in all aspects of our work.  Our welders are all certificated with ASME XI.

With our continued focus on growth and improvement within our Fabrication shop, we are able to offer: CNC profile cutting, CNC folding and cutting, MAGS, TAGS and MMA welding along with all aspects of sheet metal and fabrication work.

Continuing our commitment to investing in new and better machinery we have recently purchased an 8 axis Amada CNC Press Brake which enables us to bend items up to 3 metres long.
